Refund Policy

1. Overview

GetProCenter provides remote computer administration services (virus removal, cleanup, updates, and related support). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel a service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Cancellation Before Service Starts

If you have paid for a service and cancel before we begin remote work (e.g., before we connect to your device and start the session), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that service. Contact us via the contact form to request cancellation and refund.

3. After Service Has Started

Once we have started the remote administration session (e.g., connected to your device and begun work), the fee for that session is non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., we could not complete the work due to a technical issue on our side).

4. Incomplete Service (Our Fault)

If we are unable to complete the agreed service due to technical or operational issues on our side, we will refund the amount you paid for the incomplete service. You do not need to pay for work that was not delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request using our contact form. Include your name, email, and the service or order you are referring to. We will respond and process eligible refunds within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
