GetProCenter provides remote PC support including, but not limited to: virus and malware removal, system cleanup, software and Windows updates, and general optimization. Services are delivered remotely with your consent and cooperation.

• Ensure you have the legal right to authorize remote access to the device.
• Follow reasonable instructions during a support session.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees for services will be communicated clearly before any work begins. Payment terms are as agreed for each engagement.

Refund and cancellation policy: You may cancel a scheduled service before we begin remote work for a full refund of any amount paid for that service. Once we have started remote administration (e.g., connected to your device and begun work), no refund is due for that session; we may still offer a partial refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If we are unable to complete the service due to technical issues on our side, we will refund the amount paid for the incomplete service. 5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable support. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, where permitted by law.
